  Food and service were fine however rest rooms were dirty. Have downgraded from 3 to 1 star - took my kids for a happy meal. It took 20 minutes. At Maccas. 20 minutes for a happy meal! !!

  Ordered no ice in drink got ice . One large chips missing from order. Was not ask if we were eating in so had to ask for food to be put on tray. My Burger was thrown together .return burger and got burger replaced .New burger the bun fell apart and had to eat a piece at a time. Spoke to manage and told her the experience was not satisfactory. Very disappointed.

  Swansea McDonald's is of a consistently high standard. The staff are friendly and polite (eg they look up when busy and tell you they will be with you in a minute), the premises including toilets are kept clean.
